Regurgitator are a three piece band from Brisbane, Australia. The band formed about 2 years ago when Quan Yeomans (Vocals, Guitar) met Ben Ely (Vocals, Bass) on a bus. Then things just went on from there ... With drummer Martin Lee, Regurgitator have become THE BEST Australian band out there today ... Their music is kinda a mix of a lot of things ... Basiaclly the only way to describe their sound is BLOODY AWESOME! ...

Regurgitator's first release was in 1995, with their self titled EP, which included the songs "Like it like that", "Pretend Friend", "Hang Up", "Nothing to Say" and the original version of 'Couldn't do it' ... Which was later remixed as the 'Happy Shopper Version' for the band's debut album.
This was later followed by the 'New' EP ... which included 'Track One'along with one of my FAVOURITE gurge songs, 'Power Tool', along with 'Blubber Boy' (Based on an Eskimo legend, later remixed as the 'Riding the Wave of Fashion mix'), 'Gravey' and '7"10'.
Their debut Album, Tu - Plang was recorded in Thailand, and the album's name is Thai for Jukebox ... The tracks on this album are 'Sucked a lot of Cock to get Where I am', 'Kong Foo Sing' (Fortune Cookies!!), 'G7 Dick Electro Boogie', 'Couldn't do it', 'Miffy's Simplicity', 'Social Disaster', 'Music is Sport', '348 Hz', 'MaŠnana' (Ben wrote and sings this track) 'F.S.O' (Fuck Shit Off), 'Pop Porn', 'Young Bodies Heal Quickly' (Because they tend to!!), 'Blubber Boy' and 'Doorselfin'.The latest release from the 'Gurge is a 44 minute video entitled "Regurgitated" ... This video is a mixture of film clips, live material, the band members on tour, pigeons, stuck windows in bathrooms , Ben playing with a chicken's head (sound effects included) ,two guys belting the crap out of eachother and many other surprises along the way ... !!
